Prior to founding INTEGRITY BENEFITS in 1996, Mr. Osinski was the Director of Marketing for Independent Health for ten years.  He was responsible for all aspects of sales, benefit design, marketing administration, contract development and oversaw all client relationships.  Mr. Osinski has also held senior marketing positions with CIGNA Healthplans and HealthAmerica.
